Travel & Coverage

Fire & Light Media serves Coeur d’Alene and surrounding North Idaho communities.

Included Area: Up to ~30 miles from Coeur d’Alene

Extended Locations: A modest travel adjustment applies based on distance and scheduling logistics.
All travel details are confirmed at booking.

Cancellation & Scheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with advance notice when possible. To respect reserved production time, cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled shoot may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

In cases of extenuating or unavoidable circumstances, including emergencies, severe weather, or situations outside the client’s reasonable control, we may waive or adjust this fee at our discretion to maintain fairness and flexibility.

Pets Onsite

No pets are allowed onsite without prior discussion before the shoot. This ensures safety, consistency, and the highest quality results during production.

Weather

Exterior and drone work is weather dependent. Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost if conditions impact safety or image quality.

Turnaround Time

Photography: 24–48 hours

Twilight / specialty edits: may require additional time

Property Readiness

Homes should be fully photo-ready prior to arrival. If additional time or staging delays are required, rescheduling or adjustment may be necessary to maintain production quality.

Usage Rights

All media is licensed for MLS and marketing use by the listing agent. Extended commercial usage requires prior approval.
